Join the Saint Clare's Family

Our application process is designed to ensure that Saint Clare's is the right fit for your family and your child.  We are looking for families with a strong desire to be active members of our community and who value the core tenants of our school philosophy.

Application Process

1. Fill out an Inquiry Form and we will contact you to schedule a visit. Come on a tour, take a look at our beautiful classrooms and learn more about our method. During your visit we will give you more information about the Montessori & Classical Methods, explain our program and answer any questions you may have.   

2. Complete an application.  Once you have had a chance to come and see our school, we will send you an application form to complete for each child you wish to enroll.  There is no fee to apply.

3. After receiving your application, we will schedule a family interview with you and your child or children.  This second visit gives you a chance to observe in our classrooms and meet with our Executive Director. This meeting is to ensure that our school is a good fit for your family and that your family is a good fit for St. Clare's, to explain all school policies, and to give your child a chance to spend some time shadowing in the classroom. Elementary and Upper School applicants typically shadow for a half or full school day.

4. Following this meeting we will contact you via e-mail to inform you of the admission decision.
